How do I cancel my subscription/s?

We recommend canceling your subscription at least 5 days before your renewal date, either via the BNSN App or by submitting a support ticket.

Canceling via BNSN App

1. Log in to the BNSN App.

2. Go to Orders.

3. Select Cancel – your subscription will be canceled immediately.

Note: Canceling via the BNSN App immediately ends your subscription, and you will lose access to your account.

Canceling via Support

If you want your subscription to remain active until the end of your billing period, please submit a support ticket.

Canceling Specific Subscriptions

Improver Subscription: Submit a support ticket , and we’ll cancel it for you.
AI Mastery Subscription: Submit a support ticket, and we’ll cancel it for you.
