There are no penalties for canceling your BNSN subscription. You may cancel at any time without incurring additional fees. To avoid being charged, we recommend canceling your subscription or submitting a cancellation request through support at least 5 days before your renewal date.
Refunds cannot be issued if the subscription is canceled on the same day as renewal. However, if a cancellation request was submitted before the renewal date and billing still occurred, a refund may be issued.
